MooLoot collects the information needed to run the Discord bot, website dashboard, game economy, purchases, server settings, and support flows.

What we collect

• Discord identifiers such as user IDs, usernames, server IDs, and role/channel IDs used for configuration.
• Game and economy data such as balances, items, pets, levels, kitchen/clan progress, and server profiles.
• Dashboard session data such as login cookies and security metadata.
• Payment metadata from payment providers. MooLoot does not store full card details.

Analytics and performance

MooLoot uses Cloudflare Web Analytics and Real User Monitoring to understand traffic, page performance, and reliability in a privacy-focused way.

How we use data

We use data to operate the bot, deliver requested features, save progress and settings, prevent abuse or fraud, process purchases, and respond to support.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share only what is needed with infrastructure, payment, and security providers, or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while needed to operate MooLoot. You can request access or deletion through support, although fraud-prevention, payment, and security records may be retained where needed.
